Under child protection all of the Coaches and Committee of the above Club are all police checked through Access NI and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Any newly appointed Coaches/Volunteers are also police checked through Access NI under the requirements of the above policy.

 In the event of an injury to your child either at training or during a game Moyola Park Football Club require details of any medical condition from which your child suffers. Medical consent forms are enclosed to be fully completed and returned next week. If your child’s medical condition does change it is your responsibility to inform the Coaches in writing or complete a new medical consent form.

 The photography policy is part of our Child Protection policy and it essential that it is signed by the child’s parent and also returned by next week. This policy is necessary to protect your child from being involved in any unlawful photography.

 PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO COLLECT YOUR CHILD AT THE AGREED TIMES. UNDER THE ABOVE POLICY IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT TWO COACHES MUST STAY WITH ANY CHILD/CHILDREN WAITING. REMEMBER ALL THE COACHES ALSO HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS. NO CHILD IS ALLOWED TO WALK HOME EITHER FROM TRAINING OR FROM ANY GAME WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION.

 FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE REQUESTED FORMS COULD RESULT IN YOUR CHILD NOT BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITH MOYOLA PARK FOOTBALL CLUB.
