Dungiven Celtic U15’s 2 – Moyola Park U15’s 6

Moyola park Youth U15 (2002’s) travelled to sunny Limavady on Saturday morning to play Dungiven Celtic U15’s and came away with a victory in their first league game of the season.

Two first half goals from Evans & Madden gave them a 2-1 lead going into half time. The second half didn’t come to life till the 19th minute when Henry in the Moyola goal pulled off a terrific double save to ensure the narrow lead. Straightway Moyola extended the gap through Cassidy, Madden then added a fourth and minutes later completed his hat-trick. With virtually the last kick of the game Laverty slotted home a cross at the back post.

IFA Small Sided Games Centre – Coleraine

Moyola Park FC Youth (2008’s) travelled to Coleraine on Saturday to play Bertie Peacocks. Goals from Curtis Savage 2, Cole Henderson 2, Alex Speirs 2 and a wonder goal from Scott Evans striking from inside his own half.

IFA Small Sided Games Centre – Ballymena

Moyola Park FC Youth (2008’s) travelled to Ballymena on Friday night for the first week of the IFA Small Sided Games Centre. Very well played boys in your four games with some excellent football.
